It’s finally happening, friends! After five years of being asked by customers about the discontinued Ultra Luxury Liners, Avon is launching a new pencil-based liner product that can be sharpened with a pencil sharpener. Although there is an abundance of cream-based and liquid liners in the catalog, the old pencil-based Ultra Luxury brow, lip, and eye liners were always a fan favorite due to the ability for people to sharpen the tip precisely to their liking.Â
So what’s the deal on the replacement? These new eye, brow, and lip liners are launching in a couple of weeks, and I ordered all 7 shades so I could give you the full scoop. Unfortunately, the lip liners are arriving a little bit later – when they come in, I’ll be sure to update this article with more info. Let’s dive in!
#1 Glimmer Brow Pencil
Glimmer Brow Pencil is a vegan, pencil eyebrow liner by Avon launching on May 20, 2026. It’s a classic pencil-style liner that can be sharpened with a sharpener as needed.
It offers buildable coverage, and has a natural matte finish. The formula is designed to be waterproof and long-wearing. It is advertised as paraben-free, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, and talc-free.
Glimmer Brow Pencil is available in 3 shades including Soft Brown, Medium Brown, and Brown Black.
#2 Glimmer Eye Pencil
Glimmer Eye Pencil is a vegan, pencil-based eyeliner product by Avon launching on May 20, 2026. It offers a natural matte finish with buildable coverage, and is advertised as suitable for sensitive eyes.
The formula is also creamy, longwearing, and waterproof. Just like the other liners in the collection, the tip can be sharpened with a pencil sharpener to help you create a precise eye look. It is advertised as paraben-free, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, and talc-free.

#3 Glimmer Lip Pencil
Glimmer Lip Pencil is a vegan, pencil-based lip liner product by Avon launching on May 20, 2026. The tip can be sharpened to help you create precise definition on your lips, with buildable coverage and a natural matte finish.
As with all lip liners, the main function of this liner is to keep your lipstick in place and to prevent feathering on the lips. It is waterproof, paraben-free, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, and talc-free.
Glimmer Lip Pencil is available in 2 shades including Blush Silk and Plum Lace.
