What is Glimmer Starlight Finishing Gloss?
Glimmer Starlight Finishing Gloss is a sheer sparkle lip gloss by Avon that launched on Oct 8, 2025. Made with ultrafine glitter, this gloss is designed as an almost-clear top layer for your other lip color.
It is formulated with cherry oil for lip conditioning benefits, and helps the lips look fuller. It is advertised as paraben-free, sulfate-free, and phthalate-free.
