MagiX Corrector: Avon’s game-changing new corrector for minimal makeup

Searching for the best concealer for minimal makeup? It may not be a concealer that you need at all! Avon has just introduced their new imperfection-correcting product to the MagiX makeup line – and I think Avon fans and skeptics alike will dig it!

This new Avon corrector is only the latest in a series of launches designed to support your flawless no makeup makeup look. Want to know more? You’ve come to the right place. Keep reading to get the skinny on MagiX Corrector, and see whether or not it might be right for you.

What is Magix Corrector?

UPDATE Jan 2024: Magix Corrector Brightening Perfector (also known as Match Corrector Brightening Perfector) has now been discontinued. See my Discontinued Avon Makeup & Replacements Cheat Sheet for more info!

The fmg Magix Corrector Brightening Perfector is a lightweight, sheer-to-medium makeup corrector by Avon launching on March 31, 2021. Formulated with a demi-matte finish, MagiX Corrector brightens the skin as it camouflages various skin imperfections.

Benefits include:

➤ Buildable, sheer-to-medium coverage with a demi-matte finish

➤ Helps camouflage the appearance of dark circles, blemishes, and complexion imperfections for a flawless look

➤ Lightweight, creamy formula

➤ Infused with caffeine, soothing marigold, and vitamin E

➤ 3 flexible shades

➤ Doesn’t settle into fine lines or pores

What Makes MagiX Corrector Stand Out?

I’ve been throwing around the word “concealer” quite a bit so far (for the sake of people knowing what I’m talking about). However, MagiX Corrector is not technically a concealer even though it serves a similar purpose. So what’s the difference, and what makes this particular corrector special?

Rather than covering up blemishes with a rich layer of pigment, this corrector instead camouflages imperfections by neutralizing color-related issues such as dark circles, redness, etc. At the same time, however, it is a bit less targeted than other correctors that neutralize specific colors – for example, color correctors such as Tone Up Primer. MagiX Corrector neutralizes these issues as a whole, while also brightening the skin for a healthy-looking natural finish.

In addition, this corrector provides additional skincare benefits as described above, infusing the skin with caffeine, marigold, and vitamin E. All in all, the aim of this product is to make your skin look (and feel) perfect!

What are the different shades?

Magix Corrector Brightening Perfector is available in 3 flexible shades including Fair-Light, Medium, and Tan-Deep.
