At first glance, the packaging looks just like that of the fan-favorite Glimmer Brow Definer, and my eyes glazed right past the photo. The Glimmer Fine Line Brow Pencil is a eyebrow pencil by Avon launching on June 4, 2025.
This pencil features a micro tip on one end that is designed to create realistic hair strokes, and a spoolie on the other end for blending and grooming. The creamy formula is created to be long-wearing, as well as sweat-proof and smudge-proof.
It is advertised as paraben-free, talc-free, sulfate-free, fragrance-free, and mineral oil-free.
